DR. ELIZABETH M. GAYE-KAMARA, Ph.D., MPA
Dr. Elizabeth M. Gaye-Kamara is a banking professional, global financial strategist, and public administration scholar whose work spans financial services, global diplomacy, peacebuilding, governance, and institutional development. She currently serves as a Relief Team Lead (RTL) and Fraud Specialist III at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she specializes in fraud prevention, risk management, financial investigations, and operational excellence. In addition to her banking career, Dr. Gaye-Kamara holds leadership roles in international development and diplomacy. She serves as Co-Founder, Board Co-Chair, and Global Financial Strategist of the Global Peace Building Network (GPBNet International), and as Global Finance Manager for the Federation of Global Diplomacy in collaboration with the African Unification Summit. Through these roles, she contributes to initiatives that advance peacebuilding, international cooperation, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.
